Cong Vinh scores one more goal for Leixoes
Vietnam’s top striker Cong Vinh has scored two goals for Leixoes but he has not been named a starter yet.

In his first match in the jersey of Leixoes several days ago, Cong Vinh scored one goal in the match against Padroense. He had one more goal in another friendly match against Custoias on Saturday. In this match, Leixoes scored a total of five goals.
After the match, coach Mota continued praising Cong Vinh. He said Vinh can play football in Portugal but he needs more time to fully adapt himself to the new team.
In addition, Cong Vinh still lacks the international transfer certificate to play football in Portugal. His Vietnamese club, T&T Hanoi, is urgently completing this certificate to send to Leixoes.
Some sports newspapers in Portugal have written about the Vietnamese player. Some said that the Vietnamese striker quickly integrated into the new team and played better than some old strikers of Leixoes.
“I’m gradually getting used to life with the new team. Difficulties are still ahead so I am not paying attention to anything, except for practicing my best,” Cong Vinh said.
